Jess & Joe strike a pose at the National Museum after marrying at the Vrtba Garden in Prague. The two celebrated their elopement wedding with an all day portrait session. I really enjoyed being a part of Jess & Joe’s day here in Prague – no matter where we went everyone seemingly wanted to be a part of their portrait session. Whether it was a cute girl who posed for the camera at the John Lennon Wall after Joe tagged the wall or when the Fine Arts Musical Academy crashed our portrait session decked out in their colorful outfits and of course with their musical instruments blaring and their own phalanx of photographers at the historic astronomical clock – everyone had a great time. Later after our portrait session we went to the top of Vrtbovska Zahrada where a late evening symbolic exchanging of the vows by Joe & Jess was watched over by two of their close friends. This is a truly beautiful spot and during their ceremony quite a few tears were shed as the golden light of the sun cast its long shadows over the valley. Afterwards it was to the roof top terasse of the Aria Hotel where champagne flowed as the sun set behind Prague Castle on a truly beautiful summer day.
