Based in Bamberg, Germany, Kurt Vinion provides unique and
memorable photography for clients who expect a strong work ethic,
professionalism and vision.
Kurt’s photographs and stories from events throughout
Europe, The Middle East, Asia, and the United States have appeared
in publications worldwide including: TIME, Newsweek, The New York
Times, The Washington Post, The Guardian, Stern, Der Spiegel, The
International Herald Tribune, Financial Times Deutschland, The
Sunday Independent, The Economist, USA Today, The Christian Science
Monitor, and various others.
His reportage has garnered a number of international
accolades, including several 1st places in The NPPA Best of
Photojournalism as well as several Czech Press Photo awards.
Though working on more editorial and corporate jobs
closer to home, he still undertakes reporting trips each year to
work on a long-term projects such as his on-going documentation of
street children in Ukraine as well as several others.
