We had the pleasure of photographing Kati & Jerry at Prague’s Old Town Hall. This is the place where you can literally see thousands of tourists craning their heads to watch the famous clock tower go through its motions everyday.
As it is a very crowded place (think Vegas with the number of weddings taking place and the ubiquitous tourists crowding in to get a picture as well) we opted to take a simple walk around Starometska namesti to enjoy some peace and quiet before heading off to the boat. As a photographer, I never get bored with the possibilities of creating images. Sometimes just allowing people the freedom to enjoy the moment is far more interesting and honest than trying to rush through a series of on-location portraits, not that we didn’t do a few ourselves. Though, having a fun couple such as Kati & Jerry made it all the easier for me to try several new ideas.
After the boat ride, and a short bus ride, the wedding party arrived at Strahov where a great restaurant is located. So while the family and friends were getting settled and enjoying their Pilsner & vino, we took some time out to do some fun portraits of a place I have only visited once.
As you can see, having a fantastic couple, great weather and great locations, combine to make some truly beautiful wedding portraits of both of them. Perhaps I will hear back from some of you as to what portraits you especially like…
Congratulations again to Kati & Jerry, a wonderful couple! We wish them both happiness and continued success.
And thanks again for choosing me to be a part of your wedding day!

I would also, like to thank the lovely Thelma from Pragueweddingplanners, and especially her assistant Monika for making this a very enjoyable day.
