Congratulations to a wonderful couple: Maria & Vladimir who recently had a beautiful autumn wedding here in Prague!
Maria & Vladimir traveled down from Moscow with family & friends to marry at Prague’s historic Old Town Hall. After the ceremony we enjoyed a bit of time for some champagne before two very large limos and a Mercedes whisked the wedding party around to various locations around Prague as we created some stunning portraits of our newlyweds.
As you can see they are a fantastic couple and everyone was having a great time as we headed off for some portraits around Prague Castle.
Later after our portrait session in the heart of Mala Strana, Vladimir and Maria took out a small lock that they had engraved with their name and wedding date and walked over to a small bridge where many couples in Prague stop off to pronounce their love for each other. This is not altogether a new custom here in Prague but it is one that I particularly enjoy – especially as the location is within view of the wonderful Charles Bridge and is that much more romantic especially at night. I am sure years later when Maria & Vladimir return to Prague they will be making a small stop to see if their lucchetti is still right where they placed it.
To Maria & Vladimir, I wish you both much love and future success together! It was great finally meeting you two and being a part of your wonderful wedding day here in Prague! I truly hope you get a lifetime of enjoyment out of these images created on your behalf.
