Hayley & Grant: A Winter Wedding in Prague, Czech Republic

Pictures of Hayley & Grant’s Wedding at St. Margret’s Church in Prague

We were hoping that there would be snow for Hayley & Grant who came in from Liverpool to have their dream winter wedding in Prague. But sadly, no such luck as snow has been rather scarce this year.

Though the weather was frigid, that did not stop the lovely couple and their friends from having a classy, fun-filled wedding day!

Hayley decided to go retro and arrived to St. Margret’s in a very stylish and very rarely seen pre-war Tatra T - 97. This is ‘the car’ that Czech’s have a soft spot in their heart for - as Tatra was clearly ahead of it’s time and this car was set to revolutionize the auto industry…

Grant who had been waiting very patiently at the alter beamed as his stunning bride wearing a beautiful dress walked down the aisle… It was a truly beautiful moment.

After their ceremony, the newlyweds and their family & friends hopped on a historical tram where the much appreciated, Czech wintertime favorite, mulled wine (Svarak) was served as we cruised by Prague Castle and took a very winding ride down the hill into the heart of Mala Strana.

After arriving at the stunning Baroque Kaiserstein Palace in the very heart of Mala Strana, we took advantage of a few minutes to shoot some portraits of a very happy couple.

An evening reception and dinner followed at the Kaiserstein which has commanding views of the city.

Thank you Haley & Grant for having us being a part of your wedding day. We wish you both much love and success. - Kurt

And a special thanks to Natalie Dlouha of the White Agency, and of course my super-assistant Jan Prerovsky.
