Congratulations to a truly sweet couple Cecile & Francois who recently married here in Prague!
Cecile & Francois flew in from Hong Kong to marry at Prague’s St. Nicholas Church with many family & friends who traveled from all around the world to share in their wedding day. Though this was one of those rare occasions where I did not meet the bride and groom prior to their wedding day, everything worked out very smoothly as they were in the hands of Prague’s best wedding coordinator Andrea Hamanova of Bohemia Events.
As with all of Andrea’s weddings, the attention to details was first rate and their choice of Zofin for the reception and dinner on a truly wonderful fall day was superb.
Presented here are a few of our favorites that we believe tell a small story of their wedding day. And as you can see Cecile & Francois had a truly beautiful Prague wedding and I hope the wedding photography created on their behalf speaks for itself.

I am often asked by photographers about my Black & White and the truth of the matter is – I do not use Greyscale in Photoshop. I instead will use software programs that truly create the look and feel of real black and white films. But the key to really wonderful Black & White photography and yes, even wedding photography is to really use the light that you have, to concentrate on using and even exploiting the ambient light. Something to think about!
